Our goal for our 2009 crusade is to have every bible and children’s book autographed by you. When you purchase a case of Bibles, upon receiving the information of your sponsorship we will contact you with complete instructions on how to complete the process. Basically, you sponsor the bibles, pay online and the bibles will be shipped directly to you . You will then be personally responsibly to have them autographed and shipped back to us.

This is a great project for youth groups, Sunday school classes, children’s churches, etc. As you autograph the bibles please print clearly using simple English. If you wish you may also include a photograph of yourself or the group sponsoring the bibles. If you choose to do so we advise you to tape the picture to the inside of the front cover below where your message is written. Let it be a message of encouragement and blessing.

genuine compassion

Genuine compassion is the cornerstone of our mission at Straight from the Heart Ministries. Traveling through the jungles of Nicaragua since 2003, we continually met with heartbreaking stories and statistics. The streets of this Central American nation overflow with homeless people. With more than five and a half million people of which eighty percent make less than two dollars a day, Nicaragua suffers under the weight of a corrupt regime, widespread poverty and hunger, and the free flow of illicit drugs. It comes as no surprise then that the morale of the people living here is low with so many dangers and burdens to overcome. In such a lawless and unsafe environment however, children unfortunately are the first to experience this instability and chaos. Hungry, abused, and neglected, these hundreds and thousands of children are left destitute to fend for themselves.

Straight from the Heart Ministries recognizes how important it is to save the lives of these children, to bring them basic food, clothing, and shelter, but also to give them the love and support they need. Educating and caring for them enables them to help others as they grow up and contribute to safer and healthier communities.

Partnering with Compassion International, a non-profit organization that provides children with humanitarian aid since 1952, Straight from The Heart Ministries travels all over the United States educating people and requesting sponsorships for children from such communities. Through these efforts, we have been able to provide children with meals, school supplies, clothing, shoes, and medical assistance. We recognize that compassion is not just rooted in the physical and must extend to the spiritual well being of each and every child. Hence, the heart of our missionary efforts lies in spiritual salvation.

Every Compassion Project is directly connected to a church and often led by the pastor of that church. By sponsoring a child in any of our four projects for just thirty-two dollars a month, your child will receive food, school supplies, and a Bible story every school day for the entire year. In addition, Straight from the Heart Ministries travels to the jungle annually with hundreds of bibles, gospel tracts, balloons, coloring books and beanie babies, also presenting a puppet show for the children.
